Chicken Masala Cooking Paste by Ponopono

Tasting notes: Medium spiced onion and tomatobased thick curry

Ponopono Chicken Masala


1. Marinate 400-500g of diced chicken with the entire contents of this pack and 100g of plain yogurt. 
2. Saute the marinated chicken in a cooking vessel  for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add 300ml of water and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the curry becomes thick.

Cooking Tip:
Marinate for minimum of 30 minutes for better results.
