Chickpea Curry Cooking Kit

This kit contains 3 perfectly measured pouches: 

1. whole spices

2. curry paste 

3. garam masala

Just follow the simple 3-4 step recipe. Ready in 20-30 minutes - serves 3 to 4 people.

Chickpea Curry Kit


1. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a cooking pan. Add the entire contents of pouch 1 (whole spices). Cook for 10-20 seconds.
2. Add the entire contents of pouch 2 (curry paste) and cook for another 15-30 seconds.  
3. Add the entire contents of pouch 3 (garam masala) and cook for an additional 15-30 seconds. 
4. Add the entire contents of a can of chickpeas (this generally contains 240g of chickpeas and 160g of water). Add an additional 150ml of water. Simmer until the curry becomes thick.

Cooking Tips:
Chicken or potatoes and spinach can be used instead of chickpeas. You can discard the water from the can of chickpeas and use 300ml of fresh water in the above recipe.
