Goan Curry Paste

Recipe Inspiration: Goa -India

Information: Mildly spiced creamy curry infused with coconut milk and tamarind.

Can be used for: Fish and Prawns.

Best accompanied with: Goan bread / Plain Rice

Goan Curry


1. In a pan, cook the entire contents of this pack with 250ml of water and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 300g of fish / prawns and 100ml of coconut milk. 
3. Cook until the fish / prawns are cooked through and the curry becomes thick.

Mighty Tips:
-  For authentic goan curry, use sea bream, sea bass, monk fish or mackerel.
- Chicken, butternut squash or mixed vegetables can also be used instead of fish or prawns.
