Jalfrezi Curry Paste

Recipe Inspiration: Delhi -India

Information: Mildly spiced creamy mixed vegetable curry with butter and tomatoes.

Best accompanied with: Buttered Naan / Jeera (Cumin) Rice



1. Saute 250g of diced vegetables (paneer, potatoes, french beans, carrots, cauliflower, capsicum etc.) OR chicken in 20g of butter until it turns golden brown.
2. Add the contents of this pack and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 200ml of water and cook until the vegetables / chicken is cooked through and the curry becomes thick.
4. Take the curry off the flame. Add 2-3 tbsp. (30-45 ml.) of fresh cream. Give it a good stir.

Mighty Tip:
- Marinate the chicken/vegetables with 20g of butter and the contents of this pack for 15 minutes before cooking.
