Suggested Recipe for Mushroom Karahi:
1. Saute 50g of diced bell pepper and 25g of diced onion with 200g of chunky pieces of mushroom in 1 tbsp of oil until the mushrooms are nutty and golden (around 2-3 minutes).
2. Add the entire contents of this pack and cook for another 1 minute.
3. Add 300ml of water and cook until the curry becomes thick.
Sadhu’s Tip:
- Soya chunks, tofu, tempeh, mixed vegetables, seitan or ready-to-eat falafels can also be used instead of mushrooms.
