Karahi Chicken Cooking Paste by Ponopono

Tasting notes: Medium spiced curry with onions &bell pepper

Ponopono Karahi Chicken


1. Heat 25g of butter in a cooking pan. Add 400-500g of diced boneless chicken. Cook until golden brown. (around 5 mins.)
2. Add the entire contents of this pack along with 50g of diced capsicum and 50g of diced onion. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 300ml of water and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the curry becomes thick.
4. Take the curry off the flame. Add 2-3 tbsp. (30-45ml.) of fresh     cream. Give it a good stir.
