Kheema Masala Cooking Paste by Ponopono

Tasting notes: Medium spiced onion and tomato based masala perfected for everything minced. 

Ponopono Kheema Masala


1. Heat 25g of butter in a cooking pan. Add 400-500g of kheema. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
2. Add the entire contents of this pack and 50g of plain yogurt. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 300ml of water and cook until the kheema is cooked through. 

Cooking Tip:
Chicken or beef kheema can be used instead of lamb.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
