Kolhapuri Curry Cooking Kit

This kit contains 3 perfectly measured pouches: 

1. whole spices

2. curry paste 

3. garam masala

Just follow the simple 3-4 step recipe. Ready in 20-30 minutes - serves 3 to 4 people. 

Kolhapuri Curry tasting notes: a fiery and spicy curry with tomatoes, onion, ginger, garlic. Goes well with: Bhakri, chapati and plain rice with a lemon wedge on the side

Kolhapuri Curry Kit


1. Marinate 300g of chicken with the entire contents of pouch 2 (curry paste) and keep it aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a cooking pan. Add the entire contents of pouch 1 (whole spices). Cook for 10-20 seconds.
3. Add the entire contents of pouch 3 (garam masala). Cook for an additional 15-30 seconds.
4. Add the marinated chicken. Cook for another 15-30 seconds. Add 300ml of water and let it simmer until the curry becomes thick and the chicken is cooked through.

Cooking Tips:
Increase the marination time to infuse flavour.
This kit can be used to cook paneer, soya, vegetables and mutton as well. Increase the water content to 500-550ml when cooking mutton.
