Korma Curry by The Vegan Sadhu

Vegan Sadhu Korma Curry


Suggested Recipe: Falafel Korma
1. Saute 200g of ready-to-eat falafels in 1 tbsp. of oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add 200ml of water, the entire contents of this pack and 150ml of coconut milk. Cook until the curry becomes thick.
3. Take the curry off the flame. Add 2 tbsp. of coconut cream. Give it a good stir.

Sadhu’s Tip: 
- Soya chunks, tofu, tempeh, mixed vegetables, seitan or mushrooms can also be used instead of falafels.
