Vegan Sadhu Madras Curry


Suggested Recipe: Madrasi Vegetables
1. Saute 250g of mixed vegetables in 1 tbsp of oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add the entire contents of this pack and cook for another 1 minute.
3. Add 400ml of water and cook until the vegetables are cooked through and the curry becomes thick.

Sadhu’s Tip: 
- Soya chunks, tofu, tempeh, seitan, ready-to-eat falafels, mushrooms or chickpeas can also be used instead of mixed vegetables.
