Malwani Masala Cooking Paste by Ponopono
tasting notes: Mildly spiced creamy curry infused with coconut milk and tamarind.
Ponopono Malwani Masala
1. In a pan, cook the entire contents of this pack for 45 seconds to a minute.
2. Add 250ml of water and bring it to a boil.
3. Add 400-500g of prawns and 100ml of coconut milk.
4. Cook until the prawns are cooked through and the curry becomes thick.
Cooking Tip:Fish, chicken or mixed vegetables can be used in the above recipe instead of prawns.
