Jalfrezi Cooking Paste by Ponopono 

Tasting notes: Medium spiced and creamy curry with butter, onion and mixed vegetables

Ponopono Jalfrezi


1. Saute 400g of diced vegetables (paneer, potatoes, french beans, carrots, cauliflower, capsicum etc.) in 25g of butter until it turns  golden brown.
2. Add the contents of this pack and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add 300ml of water and cook until the vegetables are cooked through and the curry becomes thick.
4. Take the curry off the flame. Add 2-3 tbsp. (30-45 ml.) of fresh cream. Give it a good stir.
