Vegan Sadhu Tikka Masala


Suggested Recipe for Tofu Tikka Masala:
1. Saute 300g of diced tofu in 1 tbsp. of oil along with 50g of vegan yogurt and the entire contents of this pack for 2 minutes.
2. Add 200ml of water and cook until the tofu is cooked through and the curry becomes thick.
3. Take the curry off the flame. Add 3 tbsp. of coconut cream. Give it a good stir.

Sadhu’s Tip: 
- Soya chunks, tempeh, mixed vegetables, seitan or mushrooms can also be used instead of tofu.
